- Students migrating from other schools will have to produce a Transfer Certificate and the report card issued by the school last attended. In addition, they will have to undergo an assessment by the school at the time of admission. Admission will be given only for the standard the student is found fit for.
- Application for Transport Certificate should be made in writing to the Principal by 15th of February failing which, first term fees for the new session will have to be paid. Transfer Certificate will be issued normally within a week after submission of application/after the results are announced.
- One month notice in writing should be given by parents before withdrawing their ward from the school during mid-session, failing which fee for the entire quarter shall be payable.
- All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books should be returned before applying for the Transfer Certificate. A no dues certificate filled and cleared by all concerned departments has to be submitted by the student/parent to the school office when applying for Transfer Certificate.
- Transfer Certificate, for students leaving the school during mid-session, should be applied for in writing atleast 5 days in advance on the prescribed form available at the School Reception. Parents should get the signature of the DEO, if required, on the School leaving Certificate.
- A pupil will be asked to leave the school on the following grounds: a) Disciplinary . b)Unsatisfactory progress in studies . c)Accumulation of arrears of tuition and bus fee.
- Fee should be paid for the four quarters before 7th April (1st Quarter), 7th July (2nd Quarter), 7th October (3rd Quarter) and 7th January (4th Quarter) respectively. School holidays will not be considered as an excuse.
- If the last date for the payment is on a Bank holiday, the fee will be accepted on the next working day without late fee. The Bank is open on all working days irrespective of School holidays. Fee will not be accepted in the school.
- If the fee is not received by 7th of the month, fine will be levied as follows : 1. From 8th to 20th- Rs. 20/- per day will be levied.
2.From 21st to 7th of next month – Rs. 40/- per day will be levied.
3. If the fee is not deposited by the 7th of second month of that quarter, a registered notice will be sent and a strict action will be taken. - Taxes, if any, levied by the Govt. will be charged extra.
- In case of cheque bounce Bank charges will be charged extra.
- All disputes are subject to NARNAUND Jurisdiction.
